Led by Jojo Ruby France — a Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 31 years of experience, including more than two decades coaching here in Spain.

I work with adults, teenagers, and children (ages 8–80), helping each person train smarter, move better, and live stronger.

All sessions take place in my private, fully air-conditioned gym in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro, offering a professional yet friendly atmosphere where everyone can thrive.
