Core stability: It is a technique based class, where we learn different “major muscle group movements” such as push ups, pull ups, squats and deadlifts. We learn to move with full range and good technique. This is followed by a 10 minute high intensity workout. Great for beginners.

Tabata training: A very intense 30 minutes of fitness based circuit training.
Tuesday 7.00 pm
A Strength education class: We learn to use free weights and equipment. Great for changing your body shape and learning the big Olympic lifting moves. This class is about being strong and lean. Not suitable for absolute beginners.
Wednesday 9.30 am
A conditioning class: Includes strength, mobility, core work and cardio.
Every class is different and will offer different fitness challenges.
Thursday 7.00 pm
A mixed circuits style class: We use equipment such as kettlebells and free weights, as well as lots of body weight moves and cardio.
Friday 9.30 am
This class is all about getting fitter, stronger and leaner! 30 minutes of true abs training. 30 minutes of conditioning circuits.
Cost is €10 per session
€55 for a calendar month (as many sessions as you wish)

Running, jumping, catching, throwing , playing games and having fitness fun.

This is very different to group classes. The goals are set by you and we work on short, medium and long term goals. Improvements are much faster and very personal. Preventing injury and post-injury work can be included too.
